Walker hurricane guide¶
Walker is a city in western Livingston Parish, along Interstate 12. Heavy rain from tropical storms can cause flooding here, and hurricanes can also bring strong wind and long power outages. The city has its own police department and runs natural gas, water, sewer, and garbage service.
