Treutlen County hurricane guide¶
The Treutlen County Emergency Management Agency and E911 send emergency notifications through CodeRED, including National Weather Service severe thunderstorm, tornado, and flash flood warnings. Treutlen County is inland in central southeast Georgia, so wind, tornadoes, and heavy rain from tropical systems are the main hazards.
