Stephens County hurricane guide¶
The Stephens County Emergency Management Agency (EMA) plans and coordinates disaster response for Toccoa, Avalon, Martin, and the rest of the county. Sign up for ALERT Stephens County, the county's free alert system. In the northeast Georgia mountains, flooding and wind from storms that come inland are the main concerns.
