Oakland hurricane guide

Oakland is a small inland town in west Orange County, where hurricanes bring high winds, falling trees, power outages, and local flooding. The town has its own police department, whose officers are dispatched by the Winter Garden Police Department, and runs its own water system. Waste Pro collects garbage, recycling, and yard waste.
