Pinckard hurricane guide¶
Pinckard is a small town in southeastern Dale County. It is inland, with no storm surge evacuation zones, but tropical storms can bring high winds, tornadoes, and flooding. The town has its own police department and volunteer fire department, and handles water and trash billing at Town Hall.
